He created things for his sake, not for our sake, so we have nothing to entrust him with, but we are his agents in things. It is a stone for us to dispose of it. It is not an authorized agency, rather it is restricted to specific aspects of the owner of the money, which is the right that is entrusted, and in every way.

( In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful )

( Received in the chapter on the status of deputy in Hajj )

Scholars of drawings differed, whether the person performing Hajj on his behalf was alive or dead, is it a condition that he performed Hajj on his own behalf or not, so it is said that it is not a condition that he performed Hajj on his own behalf, and if he has performed Hajj on his own, it is better. And with that I say

[ Altruism in this way ]

Know that whoever sees that altruism is valid in this way, he said that it is not a condition that he performed Hajj on his own behalf, and that he attached a fatwa as he benefited others and strived for his right before he sought for himself, then he has that, especially if he sees that such an act is against himself for what it has In altruism over reward, he preferred only himself. And whoever sees that his own right is more obligatory than the right of others, and treats himself as a foreigner, and that she is the right neighbour, then he is in the same position as he who says he does not perform Hajj on behalf of someone else until he has performed Hajj on his own behalf. If he strives first for the right of himself, then he is the first without dispute. It is the duty on that of others, not on him, for in this he performed what he was not obligated to, and the reward of the duty is higher than the penalty of a non-obligatory one, to fulfill the principle of servitude in the duty.

[ The courier is against himself and the courier is in the interest of others. ]

It is established in the right of others in a divine capacity because it has gratitude, and it is in establishing the right of himself by way of obligation to establish it as an attribute of pure servitude. Blame is like guilt and tongue dislike of nature like sickness and all other defects is jealousy of that divine honor and redeeming himself for him and also if he protects the honor of his brother by his honor like a believer with a believer and protects a great harm from a prophet and messenger himself, he would be higher than those who did not do that and preferred himself. Altruism and fatwa are generalized, and whoever takes care of whom I prefer, divide the matter into what we have mentioned, then it is according to what is established in it, and all of this will be reported to him as long as there is no rent in it.

( Pray for a man renting himself for Hajj )

Some people dislike it with the passport, and some people forbid it

[ work and compensation ]

The work requires the wages for itself, and it is the compensation in return for what he gave from himself, and what is left is only from those who are taken, so among us are those who said that he does not take it from God Almighty, because he is the one who is used for us in that work. From a wage, that is, in reporting, if my reward is for anyone but God, so they did not depart from the wages, and reporting on behalf of God is from the best closeness to God. He saw that the consideration is only worthy of the one for whom the benefit occurred in that notification, the request for the wage from the learner, because the benefit is the one who obtained it, so the consideration is requested from him. The divine, and this exists a lot, such as the prohibition to single out Friday with a specific fast, as well as praying its night, as well as those who prefer to perform worship in a place that they approve of.

[ The source of truth and the source of printing ]

A man from the people passed by with a group of those who were subjected to the air while they were walking in it, and one of them turned on his way and looked at the ground, and if they had passed
