The established Sharia, for it has been proven by all the people of revelation that there is no halal, forbidden, or any of the rulings of the Sharia for anyone after the dissolution of the message and prophethood from the people of God. Its condition does not preclude the divine definition of the people of God with the validity of the lawful ruling in the non-mutawatir as stipulated.

[ Those who encounter confusion in their circumstances and do not feel God s hidden plot against them ]

For among those who belong to God are those who experience confusion in their conditions from where they do not perceive, and it is a hidden deception, a strong divine plot, and a temptation from where they do not perceive. And between the apparent signature of the ruling by it, do not count on it, for it is a deception of myself in a divine way from where you do not perceive, and we have fallen upon honest people from among the people of God who have been confused by this position, and they prefer their disclosure and what is pure for them in their understanding, which invalidates that established ruling, so they rely on it in the right of their souls and submit to that established ruling Apparently to others, and this is nothing to us or to the people of God, and everyone who counts on him has been confused and out of order in the course of the people of God, and he has joined the losers in works, whose efforts have gone astray in the worldly life, and they are the ones who help them.

[ Who thinks that he is in the present while he is in the past ]

Perhaps the owner of this disclosure remains on the apparent act of that ruling and does not believe in it in his own right, so he does it as a statement of the apparent and says what I have given of myself for this legitimate matter except the appearance, because I have seen his secret, so his judgment is secret, unlike his judgment on the outside, so he does not believe it in his secret when working with it. This is from him, as his work was lined up while he was in the hereafter from the losers, so what their merchants have sacrificed and what they were guided and went out of being from the people of God and followed the one who took his God, and he is the one who has gone out of God, and he is the one who has been blessed with God I have advised you and this sect, and I have fulfilled the duty that I owe, so whoever did not know the fatwa as we mentioned, then he did not know it.

( Chapter one hundred and forty-seven on knowing the place of abandoning the fatwa and its secrets )

Leaving the fatwa altruistic to our Creator *** is the fatwa if you achieve its meaning

So, her negation is an eye of proof for her, so when *** her nation came that death brought her to life

It is only destroyed by annihilation, so be *** from its people, and the truth will be its abode

[ The standing of leaving the fatwa is characterized by two opposites, just like love in judgment ]

Know that leaving a fatwa is a disgrace to yourself and its fortune, if you walk in that from the command of God, not for what is required by the nature of the soul. One of the two extremes is loved by the beloved, which the lover hates, because love neither demands nor requires it

[ Fatwa is acting in the interest of others in preference to the right of oneself ]

So know that a person only desires the actions that the Legislator stipulates that he should do or leave if they are among the abandonment, so that he may comply with what he has been assigned to the extent that he is given disclosure, faith and reason at the highest levels, and he does not have a worldly concern. to the best of them and

It has been reported that he who killed a person and did not kill him with it, then he ordered him to God, if He willed, He will pardon him, and if He wills He will punish him

And the

He said, Whoever kills himself, My servant has initiated me with himself, Paradise will be forbidden to him

And he did not make him at will, nor did he make his work an expiation for his money, so we know that the right of oneself in his right is more assertive and greater in sanctity than the right of others, and the fatwa is to act in the right of others in preference to the right of himself.

The legislator has presented in more than one place that the right of a person s soul over him is more obligatory than the right of others with God, and the boy is the one who walks in matters by the order of others, not by his own order, and in the right of others, not against himself, but by the command of his Lord. The other is not justified in every country

[ Salvation from not falling between the contradictions of fatwa and other contradictions of life ]

So, if the knower is held in the position of fulfilling rights to their owners, and the rights are assigned to him to their owners, he will not be able to give a fatwa at all and affect others at all, then he begins with the performance of the right himself. So he remains doomed, and the purification from that is to say, I am a believer.
