( In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful )

( Chapter Eighty-Five on the Piety of Hijab and Covering )

He who fears concealment is the one who *** knows that concealment is from himself

If a day comes upon him, he sees *** crying over what he missed in his evening

If the veil was raised in the courtyard *** before it was raised in the sand

To achieve what happened to men whose determination is to leave my sanctified paradise

And the face of truth appeared in their secret *** in his full moon and in his sun

He does not see the weighting of what he sees with his intellect from that or his senses

Just as the mind fears its intellect, so the senses fear their senses

For this reason, the pious guards himself *** as the pious guards the one who touches him

[ We are behind the veil of veils and the truth is from us in the place of the vein ]

Know that God helped us and you that God Almighty said: No, they are veiled on that day from their Lord.

He, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said, God has seventy veils of light and darkness.

So see how gentle these veils are and what conceals them, for he said, We are closer to Him than the jugular vein, despite the presence of these veils that prevent us from seeing Him in this great proximity. We do not see the veils, for we are behind the veil of veils, and you are from us in the place of the vein or closer to us than us, and this closeness is the reason for not seeing from us.

[ The wonder that broke the back and confused the mind ]

But the wonder that broke the back and boggled the mind is your saying, and we knew that God sees in your words a rebuke and a warning. Did he not know that God sees and your words while He is with you, wherever you are? Then you said that if you lifted the veils between us and you, your face would not have been covered with mysticism and the light of your beings. The appearance of the world and it is its existence, so how can it be destroyed from its reality of creation here is confusion, then it is upon the two matters that you have entered yourself under the rule of limitation and this denies what you made in us of the mental power looking at the intellectual quality and we have nothing but sense and intellect, so with sense we do not perceive and with reason we do not perceive, the limit has occurred if you are behind the veil You are limited, and if you are closer to us than the veil, then you are limited, and if you are encompassing everything, then you are closer to denying the limit.

[ The minds are hot, and only the intellects address the truth. ]

The minds have passed, and only the minds addressed and erected their evidence. You tested Your servants with evidence and what is thereafter evidence that leads to you the evidence is fabricated to indicate the Creator does not indicate the reality of the author, so what we saw after sounding and dividing and what the ancient speech gave him except that you are the eye of the veils and for this you veil the veils so that we do not see them despite their being light and darkness, which is what you named us with from the outward and inward And you have commanded us to fear God, and if God is not the eye of the veil over him, the light is from the apparent name and the darkness is from the inner name, otherwise we will be polytheists, and it has been proven that I am monotheists, so prove that you are the eye of the veil

[ We hid from the truth, the truth was hidden from us, and the negativity of the divine attributes ]

We are not veiled from you except by you, and you are not veiled from us except by your appearance, except that you do not know because we ask you from your name as we ask the king from his name and his attribute, even if he is with us not manifest by that name or that attribute, but rather a self-appearance. His attributes are negative, not affirmative, for if they were affirmative, they would not appear if he appeared by himself. We do not know that he is except by defining him. We imitate him in knowledge, and his attributes were affirmative.
