As for another path other than that, then what is then? [ Mental indications, legal definitions, and real worship ]The Sunnahs are rational indications because they are ways and the ordinances are the legal definitions of what is the Almighty s right in relation to Him and in relation to His creation, so worship God, servants of God, according to the epithet with which He described Himself in His Book or on the tongues of His Messengers, without additions, omissions, or interpretations that lead to belittlement or preponderance, but peace. To Him, His Majesty, is what He described Himself with, and if it is impossible or contradictory, this is due to our shortcomings and our ignorance of what the matter is upon Him. In particular, how does he enter it into what is related to itself in terms of necessity, permissibility or impossibility, so that the mind does not transgress its limits and submit to Him, Glory be to Him, what He has revealed and we know about it from what it is, for God says the truth and He guides the way, so we have faith in it and in what came from Him on His knowledge of that in a book and on the tongue of the Messenger And God helps us to stand at that, for no one will perish before God but a perisher. End of the ninety-fifth part ( In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful ) ( Chapter ninety-one on knowledge of piety and its secrets )The piety of the way in avoiding forbidden things *** no matter what comes to you and has two sides If he comes to you loyal to his majesty *** and you leave him with piety, then it is a deficiency When I was ignorant of the matter, I said the opposite *** and the deficiency in faith became clear [ Worship: Language and Law ]Piety is avoidance, which in Sharia is the avoidance of the forbidden and the like, not the avoidance of the lawful He, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Leave what makes you doubt for what does not make you doubt. In this section, and this is exactly what we said, and this hadith is from the collections of the words and the chapter of the discourse, and some of them said, I have not seen easier for me than piety. [ Prohibited by text, the slave is commanded to avoid it ]As for what is prohibited by text, it is commanded to be avoided, because it is forbidden to take it in the case of the one who is forbidden from it, not in the case of the one who is forbidden, because that which is prohibited in particular has been permitted to others because that person has a quality that is not in the one who is forbidden to allow him that attribute with the law s permissibility. The same sentence is one sentence, and for this reason, the Almighty said, Except what you are forced to do, so we know that the ruling with prohibition and others is based on the case of the taxpayer and in places on the name of the prohibited. From that thing and avoiding it for the sake of that situation, then this ruling is removed from it and it is necessary. [ The suspicion has a face to the forbidden and one to the solution alike ]As for avoiding suspicion, then suspicion is that which has a face to the forbidden and one to the solution equally, without giving precedence to it. So that is purely permissible, and if he left it, I mean leaving the virtue from him, because it is not valid except to leave the virtue from him.
