From the fire and the trees of Paradise planted in that musky soil as the condition of the plants of this worldly home requires manure because of the natural heat in it because it is moldy and the heat gives rotting in the bodies that are subject to rotting, and this amount is sufficient in the piety of fire.

( The eighty-eighth chapter on knowing the secrets of the principles of Sharia rulings )

The law is what God has legislated for you to create *** He is the All-Knowing of their rights and His right

So if a slave comes to legislate a law *** God fulfills its right in his right

And the two Shari ahs are from one source *** Unless he said God said to his creation

So if he says, it is a rope *** The star of the companion with her star from his horizon

Let them believe what they imitate their thoughts *** then it is a lie, and if he comes to you with his truth

So consider the rulings of the origin of her book *** Perhaps the cursed man drowned in his luster

[ The agreed upon and disputed foundations of Sharia ]

Know that the agreed upon principles of Sharia rulings are three: the Book, the Mutawatir Sunnah, and the consensus, and scholars differed in the analogy.

[ Taqwa is a legitimate act, so its ruling must be attributed to evidence or a legal basis .]

It is a legitimate act for us, so piety must be attributing its ruling to one of these evidences or to all of them in any matter in which we are required to fear God.

in the Law and the Divine and Cosmic Realities

Al-Junayd said: Our knowledge is bound by the Qur an and the Sunnah, and they are the two active principles, consensus and analogy are proven and their evidence is correct by the Book and the Sunnah. About four facts about heat, cold, dryness, humidity, and generators, which appeared from the four pillars of fire, air, water, and dust, and the human and animal body appeared from four mixtures, yellow and black, blood and phlegm.

[ The far meaning of al-Junayd s saying: Our knowledge is bound by the Book and the Sunnah ]

And since he who does not believe in the revealed laws participates with us in sports, striving, and freeing the soul from the rule of nature, it will appear that he will have contact with the pure and pure spirits and the rule of that communication will appear to him like what appears from us believers working in the revealed laws with what occurred from the analogy and participation in what we have mentioned to the common people and we have pronounced the sciences that he reveals Sport and the supply of the higher spirits, and in these virtuous souls all that is in the world was engraved, so they spoke of the unseen. By the Book and the Sunnah, and on the Day of Resurrection, it will be distinguished from those on the Day of Resurrection in this way, for they have no taste in the divine, for their abundance is spiritual, and our abundance is spiritual and divine, because we followed a divine way called Sharia, and it led us to the legislator, which is God Almighty, because He made it a path to Him, so know that.

[ Consensus must be based on a text even if it is not uttered ]

And since the law of God and its ruling on the movements of the person in charge is not taken except from the Qur an, it is also found only in the speaker of it, which is God Almighty. It informs about God all that He legislated for the servants of God, and that news may be either by consensus of the Companions, which is the consensus, or by some of them by transferring justice from justice, and it is the news of the One and by which way it reached us. It must be based on a text, even if it is not uttered

[ The analogy is different in that it is taken as a legal evidence and a religious basis ]

As for analogy, it differs in that it is taken as evidence and as a basis, and it has a face in the reasonable. Judgments let it be
