Hunger is a voluntary project, and we have no way to God except in a legitimate way, and if God did not make this the limit of interest in the generality of his creation, his time would not be to this extent, so that the person in the increase over him would not be more aware of the interests of hunger in the servant from his Lord. In his sleep and his demise, and he finds the effect of this in his strength, health of his mind, and preservation of his mood, so let him continue as he wants, for he is not hungry, and our words are about hunger, even if he is also one of those who takes him in a strong condition that prevents him from eating like Abu Aqal. Doctors, and that is what the people demand

[ The Hunger of the Capers ]

As for the hunger of the elders, it is a forced hunger, for what is produced by hunger has acquired a faculty that does not go away from them in case of hunger or satiation.

The Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said: You will be asked about the bliss of this day.

And it was nothing but dates and water, and he did not enter himself into the congregation, for God has Soliman servants, God says to them, This is our gift, so give or withhold without reckoning, and they are seventy thousand in this nation.

[ Abandoning a job as a follower is greater in reward than doing an innovation .]

So the righteous righteous person should not exceed the legal limit, so it will be followed. If leaving an action by following it is greater in reward than working with an innovation, then we are by following the rule of origin, for our existence follows the existence of those who created us, so let the actions of scholars be of this order.

He, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Satan flows from the son of Adam, the flow of blood, and spoils his flow through hunger and thirst.

Neither of the scholars nor of the people of God disagreed that he wanted to fast and reduce food in the prescribed suhoor for those who continued, and in breaking the fast for those who broke their fast. Except in its result, if it is opened for you here, and do not go hungry without fasting, for it is not a legitimate way, and do not make the reason for that talk about the wage of fasting, that is not for you, but it is for work. This is the request that the animal soul demands, for you are a group and do not catch up with the mistaken people of the people of this path who starve their students without fasting or fast them and then feed them before sunset. Determining the food according to a specific limit, a specific face, and a straight scale known to the people of God. The most difficult thing for the self is to embark on The thing is then transferred between it and the dictation of it, and God is the conciliator, there is no Lord besides Him

( Chapter one hundred and seven on abandoning hunger )

Hunger is the wretchedness of the slave's sleep brought by the word of the Prophet, so do not raise your head with it

The people realized a mistake in appointing him *** and they did not establish weight and equity for him

Whoever said what is hunger did not know the truth of it *** and he was misguided by what the people had said

The starvation of returns is praiseworthy, and I do not see *** in what I see of its use in a wrong way

The hunger of nature is reprehensible, and the one who investigates with the Most Merciful does not see anything in it

[ Giving the soul its rightful food ]

Leaving the people hungry is not satiation, but rather it is giving the soul its right of food, with which God has made its mood and the strength of its structure.

[ Do not be blamed if the benefits are given ]

Abu Bakr al-Bazzar came out in his Musnad that the Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, used to seek refuge from hunger and say that he is a miserable man.

And he does not condemn a case when he gives benefits, so he indicates that there is no benefit in such hunger and that the benefits are in what the Shariah shows its balance from that, so abandoning hunger is worship and a path that leads to God and

With this, Salman preferred Abu al-Darda and the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, testified to that. Your soul has a right over you, your eye has a right on you, your visitation has a right on you, and your family has a right on you. So, sleep, fast and break the fast, and give everyone who has a right his right.

You never enter upon the truth, and there is no limit against you, and the greatest of rights is the right of God, then the right of yourself.
