[ Zakat for souls ]

And zakat on souls in a clear way for you, God willing, also on the principle that we mentioned that zakat is God s right in money and soul what is the right of the Lord of money and soul, so we looked at the soul what it is for it, so it is not assigned to it with zakat and what is the right of God that Zakat is given to God from this soul to be from Those who are successful, by saying, He who purifies it has prospered, and he who is saved from his own stinginess, those are the successful.

[ The soul in its own right is possible for itself ]

So if we look at the soul s own soul in terms of its own kind, we say it is possible for its own sake, and there is no zakat on it in that, for God has no right to the possibility. God is greatly exalted above all else, for He, the Exalted, is the Necessary Existence of His Essence, and it is not possible in any way. Was it characterized by it for its own sake or not? So we saw that its existence is what is intrinsic to itself, and it is not characterized by it for its own sake, so we looked for who it is and found it for God, just as we found the specific amount in Zaid s money called zakat.

[ The existence of the soul is from God and to God ]

Likewise, the existence with which the soul is characterized. What is its own is for God who created it. Existence is for God, not for it, and the existence of God is not for its existence. So we said to this soul, this existence with which you are characterized is what is yours, but it is for God. In it, you will not lack anything of what is yours, and if you do this, you will have a reward with God, the reward of the scholars in God, and you attain a position that only God can appreciate, and he is the farmer who is survival, so God will remain this existence for you, He will never take it from you.

[ Existence, creation, survival and perpetuity ]

This is the meaning of his saying, He who sanctifies it has prospered i.e., he has kept it in existence. Whoever purifies it has the existence of victory from evil, i.e., whoever knows that his existence is for God, God has kept him. The polytheist who is from the people of the Fire does not see the purification of his existence to God Almighty for the sake of the partner as well as the one who disrupts, but we said that lest he who does not know imagine that the polytheist and the disabling God kept existence on them, so we made it clear that keeping existence on the successful is not in the way of keeping it on the people of Hell and this is a description God is the people of Hell because they do not die in it and do not live in contrast to the description of the people of happiness, for they are in eternal life. From the truth, this is the meaning of his saying, He who pays zakat has succeeded.

[ The obligation of zakat on souls is the same as it is obligatory on money .]

So Zakat became obligatory on souls as it was obligatory on money, and buying and selling took place in it just as it happened in money. Part of this chapter will be mentioned when we mentioned in this section about slaves and their ruling. And if the soul does not join slaves, then Zakat falls on it, and if the slave is attached to money from one side, as we will mention it if God willing, within this chapter, I will also mention about what is obligatory for zakat from a person, according to the number of the types of money that are due on it in its chapter, God willing, from this chapter.

And as for His saying, the Most High, then do not purify yourselves, for He knows best those who are pious, meaning that God does not accept the zakat of a soul who adds himself to him, for He said, Do not purify yourselves, and He added it to you, i.e., if you believe in me, then I claim that I have a right in it. What is yours, and I asked you what is not mine, and the matter is otherwise, so he who has this reward of giving should not purify himself, for I only asked for what is mine, not yours, until you meet me and the cover will be revealed in the hereafter, so you will know at that time whether it was your souls that required zakat for me or for you where your knowledge of that will not benefit you, and for this he said, Do not purify yourselves. So he added souls to you and they are his

[ The soul of Jesus, on the one hand it is his, and on the other hand it is God s]

Do you not see Jesus, peace be upon him, how he added himself to him from the aspect of what is his and added it to God from the aspect of what is for God? He said, You know what is in my soul, and I do not know what is in your soul. So he added it to God, meaning myself. He made in it and he added himself to it, because in terms of its specificity it is his and in terms of its existence it is for God and not for him.

[ The soul is one, the Self is many in proportions and additions ]

And if it was one, the additions differed due to the difference in lineage, then there is no objection to his saying, so do not purify yourselves.

The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, I do not praise anyone over God.
