And the command may come to him suddenly, for Moses walked to catch a fire, so his Lord spoke to him, and he had no intention in that. There is then something that is outside the truth, or the truth abandons it until he intends it in a matter in which it is, rather it is in the relation of the whole to it in one ratio. With God I meant it about a specific situation with God I came out of it to Him and the conditions are different, so whoever takes into account the different situations said that the intention is necessary and in this way the laws varied and came and whoever took care of the presence and did not look at the conditions was the owner of the situation and did not know the intention, it is in the eye. From the point of reference, not interpretation, so where do you go and the like of it, I am with you both, I hear and I see. End part thirty-seven

( Chapter and join in the intention of the imam and the follower )

( In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful )

[ The sayings of the jurists regarding the concurrence of the intention of the follower with the intention of the imam ]

Sharia scholars differed regarding the intention of the imam and the follower.

Considering oneself in it

The correct view is that it is not obligatory, because it is a matter of the unseen, and following is only what is related to the senses, such as hearing or seeing, and for this reason the Lawgiver has separated what is most beautiful in following. The divine expanse makes it possible for the right to be manifested to one person or to be manifested to two persons in one picture. ?

( Chapter and even join in the ruling of conditions in prayer )

Know that prayer includes words and actions, and its ruling is according to the circumstances, for all acts of worship are based on the conditions and they are considered by the legislator. So he issued a fatwa prohibiting it, and it was said to him, Is it not from the fish of the sea? He said, may God be pleased with him, You called it a pig. That made them more than that. Likewise, the wine that is forbidden to drink when it becomes perishable, the name wine will be removed from it due to the disappearance of the condition that made it necessary for the name of the wine. Forbidding the solution and the apparent and the hidden in this alike in the ruling, for consideration is only from the law for the one who is sensible about it

( Chapter rather join in the takbeer in prayer )

[ The sayings of the fuqaha regarding the takbeer in prayer ]

The scholars of Sharia differed regarding the takbeer in prayer according to three schools of thought, who is of the view that it is all obligatory in prayer, and who is of the view that all of it is not obligatory, contrary to the first, and who is of the view that it is only the takbeer of Ihram only.

Considering oneself in it

God s takbeer is obligatory in any case, but it is a condition of a person seeing himself. Those who say that none is attested to them except Allah is witness, witness, testimony, and more general than this state in the annihilation of what is possible. The murid and the able, then the takbeer is inevitable, for the facts of the names demand it for their differentiation. Prayer and other acts of worship deemed obligatory
