The created being, and the rights are lifted from him, has the right, not against him, so he does not pay attention to him, pay attention to the one in control of the crisis of affairs, and knows what is in the chests, and in his hand are the controls of the heavens and the earth, and the balance of raising and lowering. And what someone said otherwise, and the one who is compelled in his judgment with what preceded in his knowledge, then no judgment is judged if he is fair and unjust except with what he knows, especially with the high accusations from Knowledge is his attribute, so justice is his attribute, so his judgment with knowledge is the rule of the compelled in judgment. There is nothing in the universe but knowledge, but understanding remains if the oppressor knows that he is unjust, so he is neither ignorant nor negligent. Bees and boredom separated, so whoever looks at the divine judgment in the origins and whoever looks at the divine judgment in the transmitted law, and each one stands with his evidence on the rightness of his path and a difference between his contract and his saying, so whoever says his leave and who says his departure, people are between a condition and a traveler and separated and another in his separation is connected.

[ Sovereignty is worship ]
