The Presence of Creation and the Command, and it belongs to the Creator

[ Creation is two things ]

The owner of this presence is called Abd al-Khaliq, and creation is two creation of predestination, and he is the one who precedes the divine command as presented by the truth and delays the matter from it. He the Most High said: Except for Him belongs the creation and the command, and the other creation in the sense of creation, and he is the one who goes along with the divine command. The matter is related to the creation of creation and His Holiness will come, the presence of the Creator, and it is related to the creation of predestination, setting time to reveal the eye of the possible, so the matter depends on it. Just as it occurred and occurs in existence in a temporal arrangement, and every eye accepts changes in conditions, qualities, symptoms and the like on it. The matter is whether or not it is infinite, and thus the knowledge of the Creator has been attached to it from time immemorial, so He does not create it except in the form of what He knows of its confirmation in the event of its non-existence. That which does not contradict each other, then its attribution to one of the opposite states is not attributable to the state that corresponds to it, so it is necessary to establish an eye for it in every case. The object s acceptance of the formation, so it is, then the fa is in his saying, so the answer to his command is Be, and it is the fulfillment of the commentary, and the answer and comment are not only in rank, as he imagines in the truth that he does not say to a thing Be unless he wants it. And it is only formed by the divine saying on the side of the command, so that the human being or the one with illusory power or a lot of matter for every thing that exists is a divine command that the truth did not say except when he wanted to create that thing. That must be imagined, even if the rational evidence does not perceive it or say it, but the illusion attends it and forms it as it depicts the impossible and imagines an existential image, even if it does not occur in sensory existence at all.
