[ Al-Khidr in the Life of the Author ]

Know, dear guardian, may God support you, that this stake is the greenness of the companion of Moses, peace be upon him, may God prolong his life until now. God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said to me, He is So-and-so, the son of so-and-so, and he named me a person whom I know by his name, and I did not see him, but I saw his cousin, so I may have stopped in him and did not accept. I was at the beginning of my life, so I left him to my house, so I was on the way, and a person I did not know met me, and he greeted me at the outset with a loving and compassionate greeting. I went to the Sheikh to let him know what had happened. When I entered him, he said to me, O Abu Abdullah, I need you. If I mention to you an issue that stops your mind from accepting it, Al-Khidr will be exposed to you. He tells you the truth of so-and-so in what he mentioned to you and from where this agrees with you in every issue you hear from me. The door of repentance is open, and he said, The acceptance of repentance is a reality, so I knew that it was. The man was Al-Khidr. No doubt, I asked the Sheikh about him. Is he he? He said: Yes, he is Al-Khidr. Then it happened to me again that I was in the anchorage of Tunis, in the pit of a boat in the sea. So a pain in my stomach seized me and the people of the boat were asleep. I got up next to the ship and looked at the sea. The light of the moon and it was the night of the full moon and he came on the face of the water until he reached me and stood with me and raised one foot and leaned on the other. There is a distance between us and him of more than two miles, so he crossed that distance in two or three steps, so I heard his voice And he is on the back of the minaret glorifying God Almighty, and perhaps he walked to our Sheikh Jarrah bin Khamis Al-Katani, who was one of the masters of the people stationed at the Aidoun dock. I told him, when it was after that date, I went out for tourism on the coast of the surrounding sea with a man who denies breaching the customs of the righteous. The sea, which I was told is Al-Khidr, and in them there was a man of great stature of greater rank than him, and there was a meeting between me and that man before that and affection. On the sea surrounding a place called Bakkah, so I spoke to him at the door of the mosque, and if that man, whom I said was al-Khidr, had taken a small mat that was in the mihrab of the mosque, so he spread it in the air as high as seven cubits from the ground and stood on the mat in the air moving, so I said Do you not look at this and what he did, so he said to me, Go to him and ask him.

The lover's distraction from the air makes him happy *** in love with the one who created and mocked air

Those who know their minds are reasonable *** about every universe that is contented by its purification

They are honorable and in the background *** Their conditions are unknown and hidden

So he said to me, So-and-so, what did I see except in the right of this evil? He pointed to my friend who was denying the breach of customs while he was sitting in the courtyard of the mosque looking at him to know that God does what He wills with whomever He wills . It is said, then I returned to my friend while he was waiting for me at the door of the mosque, so I spoke to him for an hour and said to him: Who is this man who prayed?

In the air, and what I mentioned to him was what I agreed with before that. He said to me, This is al-Khidr. So I remained silent, and the group departed, and we departed. We wanted a destination, a destination for the righteous, from the cut off. It is near Bashkansar on the shore of the surrounding sea. So this is what happened to us with this stake. Mercy in the world is what befits someone who is of his rank, and God has praised him
