Work for him here on earth

And from considering a person wishing that if he had money to work with it on the ground, then God writes for him a reward from his work, then his intention is better than his work, and it is written for him on the fullest part, while he is in the custody of others, and he does not have anything from him. If he does not do that, then the reward for what he intended will not be written for him. lie her

(Wasl) It is from this point that they differ regarding the zakat on fruits

So whoever says that there is no zakat on it, and some people make a difference between that it is a prison for the poor and there is no zakat on it, and that it is based on a people with their notables, so zakat is due on it and that zakat is obligatory, I say it was on those who were appointed or not. If the zakat is not specified, it is obligatory for the Sultan to take zakat from it by virtue of the agency

Consider the subconscious in that

The fruit is the work of an obligated person, and the work may be devoted to God, such as prayer, fasting and the like, and it may have a right to others, such as zakat, but it is legitimate, such as if a person does a deed, then he says this to God and to your faces, then it is for your faces or my money except God and you.

The Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Whoever says this is God and your faces, God has nothing of it

Then it was legislated for whom this saying is to say this to God, then to so-and-so, and waw does not include association. This action is for God, and it is the equivalent of zakat in money that is originally withheld, and in it is for creation, and it is his saying, then to so-and-so with a letter, then not with the letter Waw, and it is what remains in the hands of the trustee of this extra-zakat-excessive fruit.

[ Zakat is the right of God and the right of the poor .]

This is a consideration for whoever sees it as zakat, and whoever thinks that there is no zakat on it, i.e. God has no right in it. Considering the saying of the Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, is for your faces, God has nothing of it, i.e. God has no right in it. The principle is the work of this slave who is imprisoned by his master, he will never be set free. He says that the work is for God by virtue of the endowment, and for the hoor al- iyn and their likes from that work is a share, and it is expressed in zakat, as some of them said regarding the Mujahideen.

The gates of Eden are open, *** and the poplars are among them honours

So be ahead of any anticipation *** and hurry, O invaders!

And between your hands there are gardens *** in which there are many blessings and gifts

They say and horses are precedents *** Our dowries are patience and steadfastness

[ Patience and perseverance are the zakat of jihad ]

So patience and steadfastness from the work of jihad is in the same status as zakat from the fruits, and its being a retainer of the original is the saying of the Most High, and I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me, so He created them only to worship Him. And it is what is rewarded for him for it, and it is in the same way as the zakat that is required for the reward. This is the consideration of zakat on imprisoned fruits based on their differences, and God is the Guide.

(Arrived) And from this door on whom zakat is due

What the leased land brings out, and some of the scholars said that the zakat is on the owner of the cultivation, and some said that the zakat is only obligatory on the owner of the land, and nothing is on the lessee.

(arrived) mind in that

The imam, the muezzin, the mujahid, the one who works on charity, and everyone who takes a wage for his work from the one who rents him for that, and the leased land is the same as the taxpayer. Being a lawmaker as it is in cultivation from being successful, the Almighty said, informing some of his prophets, and my success is only with God.

[ God sows love of guidance in the land of souls ]

He, Glory be to Him, sows love of guidance and success in the land of souls, so the land of souls comes out according to what He planted in it. Then we rewarded it with ten, and he said: Whoever brings a good deed will have ten like it, so the good deed from us is the ten that we give to the Almighty from what He has planted in the lands of our souls of goodness that brought forth this good deed.

[ God is the Lord of the Earth and He is the Sower, the Lessor, and the Tenant .]
