The one who is obligated to zakat, and he is the one who takes the alms, as He said, He accepts repentance from His servants and takes alms, but with different faces and proportions. And an imposition that did not necessitate that upon him, rather he, Glory be to Him, obligated Himself to be a favor from Him and a bounty to us, so the facts of His Names are known to us by them, and the facts of these names have all proven divine laws.

[ The good is from God and the bad is from yourself .]

And he divided and said in the context of this speech, whatever good befalls you is from God, and whatever bad befalls you is from yourself, and it is what offends you, then you are the object of the effect of evil. evil, or the one who offends him, and he is the soul of man, since he does not find pain except for the one who is in it, then his judgment appears in him, not the one who is there, for he has no judgment on the one who does it. This is the meaning of his saying. The one who created it for it, so the good deed was added to God, for He created it from the beginning, even if after the creation, it is also an improvement in you.

[ And the bad from the right is a good deed .]

That is why we said about the bad that it is before the truth a good, because it is between it to be avoided, so it becomes bad for whoever did it either in this world or in the afterlife. him and in terms of what is apparent from him, if it is true

[ The right that is obligatory upon a servant is to do and leave it .]

And there is no right that is obligatory upon the servant of abandonment and deed except that God has a right in it, which the ruler performs on behalf of God. An action or omission is a right for a creature, such as hitting, cursing, or usurping money, for it has a right to God, which is what we mentioned, and in it there is a right for the creature, and the right in it is for God. And there is nothing wrong with him in that, and he is called punitiveness in cases where there is no limit, so the hand of the thief must be cut off, and if he takes the money from his hand and returns to its owner, the ruler has the choice, if he wills, to punish him with that amount in which God has the lawful right, and if he wills he does not punish him and leave it to God until he takes it in the Hereafter without mode

(Wasl) and from this gate the land of the Kharaj if it is transferred to the Muslims

It is the land that was in the hands of the dhimmis, does it have a tenth with the tax or not, so who says that there is a tenth I mean zakat, and whoever says that there is no tenth, know that the zakat is either the right of the land or the right of love. The tenth and the tax, even if it is the right of love, the tax is the right of the land, and the tenth is the right of love, and the dispute over selling the land of the tax is well known to the scholars

Physical actions are like plants, and the body is like land, and passion is a ruler over the earth. The Benefactor is Mahmoud, and He is the Blessed One, Glory be to Him

[ Muslims are of two types, knowing and unknowing ]

If this land is acquired in the hands of the Muslim, I mean the law, and it is transferred to him, then the Muslims are of two types, knowing and unknowing. Work is for bodily forces, and it is obligatory for them to pay the Kharaj, so he does not have to pay zakat so that no two rights are combined on it, for he does not see work except for himself, for he does not know, and God does not burden a soul except for what He has given it, and He said that is their sum of knowledge

[ It is not far from the two truths that will meet on earth ]

As for our statement on this issue, there are two rights on the land and it is not far from that, because the land is in the hands of the one who is in his hand, and he prevents others from disposing of it except with his permission. Another thing is that it is planted, so a tenth of it is required from it being implanted, and the tax is due from it being in his hand and his ruling is on it, and we also take it into consideration
