The command to impose is as it was stated to give zakat, and the difference between them is that zakat is certain with time, quorum, and the types to which it is paid, and the loan is not.

The Almighty said in the correct news I was hungry and you did not feed me, so the servant said to him, How do you feed, and you are the Lord of the worlds? And God said to him, So-and-so asked you for food, but you did not feed him. If you had fed him, you would have found that with me.

And the news is well-known and true, so the loan that is not included in zakat is not temporary, neither in itself, nor in time, nor in any of the types

[ lawful zakat and charity ]

The legitimate zakat and almsgiving are two words with the same meaning. God Almighty said: Take alms from their money as alms that purify them and purify them with it. God Almighty said: Only alms for the poor are alms. Blessing and purification

In the authentic report, when the Bedouin mentioned to the Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, that his Messenger claimed that we owe charity in our money, and he, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said to him, He has spoken the truth. The Bedouin said to him, Do you have to do anything else? He said, No, unless it is voluntary.

This is why it is called voluntary charity. He says that God did not enjoin it upon you. So whoever volunteers a good deed, it is better for him. That is why the Almighty said after his saying: And lend to God a good loan. And whatever good you offer for yourselves, you will find it with God.

[ The soul is made to love and collect money ]

And if goodness is every act that is close to God, such as charity and others, but with this, money has been given, especially the name of goodness, the Almighty said. Here, he made generosity in it a creation, not a character, and that is why he called it charity, meaning a heavy burden on the soul for its deviation from its nature in that.

In the words of his Prophet to the souls: Charity falls into the hands of the Most Merciful, and He will raise it as one of you raises his foal or his young

in the hands of the Most Merciful, and He nourishes it .

This is for two reasons, one of which is so that the beggar takes it from the hand of the Most Merciful, not from the hand of the giver of charity

The Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, says that it falls into the hands of the Most Merciful before it falls into the hands of the questioner

So the favor is for God on the questioner, not for the giver, for God asked him for the loan, and the questioner is the interpreter of the right to ask for this loan, so the questioner is not ashamed if he is a believer of the giver and does not see that he has credit for him. And the other matter is for him to know that it is deposited in a place where he will raise him and increase all of this so that he may be generous by taking it out and avoiding his own stinginess.

[ In human progeny the pursuit of profits in trade ]

And in the human race, he sought profits in trade and the growth of money

That is why the news came that God nurtures alms

In order for the slave to take out money out of natural concern for it for the sake of compensation, increase and blessing by being zakat, as it is in collecting money and scarcity of self out of natural care for it, so God was kind to him as he did not take him out of what God had made him, so he sees the merchant traveling to remote, dangerous places that destroy souls and money and spend money and give it hope In profits, increase and growth of money while the soul is pleased with that, God asked him to borrow with the whole, as he knew from him that he lends with two-thirds and with one-half, and his joy in the one who lends to him with the whole is more complete and greater

[ Stinginess in charity is evidence of lack of faith ]

The miser with charity after this divine definition, and the multiplication of money that the souls give him is evidence of the lack of faith in this miser with what we have mentioned. With its forms, sooner and later, if the slave lends a person for half or a third, and the lender travels to another country and is absent for years, and he is in the possibility of surrendering the money or perishing or not gaining anything, and if the money perishes, he is not owed by the lender anything. It is not definitive in its achievement and it is a good soul with the existence of a term, delay and possibility. If it is said to him: Lend to God and take in the Hereafter multiple times, without a third or a half. Rather, the profit and capital are all yours, and you only have a little patience, and you are categorical about that, as the soul refuses and gives only a little. The lack of judgment of faith over a person in himself, where he is not generous with what his nature gives him of generosity with him, and he borrows Zayd and age, as we have mentioned, goodness of soul, and death is closer to him than his sandal strap, as Bilal used to say

Every person is in the morning with his family *** and death is less than his sandal strap
