There is no time that we can estimate except that it is permissible to change what is placed in it of matters. Himself and He is the Truthful One. But after the appearance of the thing, it is known that if it were not for what was in the soul of the one who created it, it would not have happened, and the one who made it is God Almighty, the Exalted and Majestic. So the believing scholar says in such a case that if God kept the arrangement as it is and His walk in the houses according to His destiny and did not break the custom in it, it must happen. This is the matter that we mentioned, for this reason it denies knowledge of the astrologer and everything that is like it from the fortune of the messengers and others

[ The eclipse of the moon and the sun and the veil of the mind and soul ]

The light of the moon, when it was benefited from the sun, is more like the soul in taking from God the light of faith and revelation. Which is in the position of the soul and between the light of the sun, as far as I look at its nature, it is veiled from the light of divine faith, so that is its eclipse, then this is the eclipse of the moon. What is taken from his name Al-Nur, Glory be to Him, from his attribution to the earth from his saying, He is God in the heavens and on the earth and his saying, He who is in the heavens is a god and in the earth is a deity. So the mind wants to take away from the truth of the knowledge of what it finds on the earth, so it shifts between him and the knowledge of what he finds on earth. with its desires so that the Glorified does not look at Him in what He brings about in it, and the earth is a world of the body, so the mind is veiled by the veil of the lustful animal soul. By God, as much as the world of bodies has been hidden from him, for this reason, God has prescribed to go to his monologue, which is expressed in the eclipse prayer, and he has legislated supplication to lift that veil, for the veil is ignorance and distance in the state that should be perfect. Taking from the face that follows us and the eclipse of the sun in twenty-eight days of the moon s movement in all the houses of the astronomy. The eyes of the beholder are rich from him, so the sun worked by giving light to the moon in the world of spirits, the upper world, in order to help his requests and in honor of his coming to her in her presence, the eclipse was for this relief

[ The ruling on eclipses on the earth and in the soul ]

For this reason, eclipses do not have a ruling on earth except in the places where the eclipse appears. As for the places where the eclipse does not appear, there is no ruling in which it appears for it, and there is no effect, i.e. what God does at that time, something in the world of the entities that He does when the eclipse appears, because there is no actor but God. Matters are by the discretion of the Mighty, the All-Knowing, a wise workmanship, so that if the sun gives the reckoning that it eclipses at night, that eclipse would not have a ruling on the surface of the earth in which the eclipse did not appear, and likewise the eclipse of the moon is in judgment, so is the appearance of man and his interior, so the eclipse may occur in deeds, i.e. in the knowledge that requires the work of legitimate rules It may occur in the sciences that are related to the inward and do not have a ruling on the outside, so it affects the place of its attachment, either in the science of action or in the science that does not require action according to what happens, so whoever is in such a state must pray to God

[ Those who are in a permanent eclipse ]

If the mujtahid errs, then he is in the position of an eclipse that occurs in the absence of the one who is eclipsed, and he is not blamed, and he is rewarded. This is about the imitated jurists who said to them: Do not imitate us and follow the hadith if the objection to what we judged comes to you, for the hadith is our doctrine, and if we do not judge anything except with evidence that appears to us in our view that it is evidence and we do not need otherwise, but you do not need to follow us, but you must ask us at all times In one calamity, the ruling may change for the mujtahid, and for this he used to say, What is the matter with you if he was asked about a calamity whether it occurred? If it is said No, he says, No. He issued a fatwa. It was her imam, and she imitated him in ruling with the presence of opposition, so you disobeyed God in His saying, and what the Messenger gave you, take it, and you disobeyed the Messenger
