[ The speech is for understanding ]

Its owner is called Abd al-Hakim. God Almighty said, And whoever is given wisdom has been given much good. And what God has multiplied, there is no shortage of him. Just as God glorifies what he enters with contempt, and is grateful to David for giving him wisdom and the separation of wisdom from him. In that place except the chapter of the speech, which is the brevity of the statement in his hometown for a particular listener with a special condition and the prolongation in the explanation in his hometown for a special listener with a special condition and taking into account the lowest is more important than observing the higher, for this is wise, for the discourse is for understanding, so if the speaker repeats the speech three times until he is understood as The words of the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, in what he conveys about God to people pay attention to the lesser what is taken into account from the first time, so the one who understands increases in repetition things that he did not have, the repetition will benefit him. The scholar, the understanding, the observer of his condition, recites what he has memorized from the Qur an and finds in every recitation a meaning that he did not find in the first recitation. For the recitation of the first, what is the time of the second recitation, so understand, then this Presence gives the knowledge of order, giving everything its due and bringing it down its status, so the observing servant knows that God is the Creator of things and He is the Wise. The scholar is at all times and does not prefer his gaze and thought over the wisdom of his Lord, so he says, If such-and-such had been at this time, he would have been better in order than in order. It is better that this time requires it, and this is a rational view, because the times for each possible are in a single proportion, so there is no time for something more preferable than another time. He deserved it by his creation, for he gave everything his creation, so the wise is from his wisdom wisdom, so she spent it not from the rule of wisdom, for it is from the rule of wisdom, he has the will in it, and from his wisdom is wisdom, it is the dispensation for him. To God or to a man who is verified by God has seen the divine saying, and from here you learned what abrogation is, for the concept of abrogation in those who say that the ruling is lifted by another ruling was what was from the rulings of the Sharia, for the silence of the legislator in a matter of what was ruled on that which is silent about it, then there is nothing but a ruling, it is Substitution, and the Almighty said: What alters the saying I have, then what then abrogated this saying, and if it was then abrogated, it would have been wisdom and its image. The wise is what she deserves from that, so the wise person is the one who does the wisdom, and the ruling is for her according to him, as the ruling was for him with it, then he is the same and she is the same. It follows the known, and wisdom governs the matter to be like this, so the arrangement of the possible things is established in the event that they are established by the wisdom of the wise, because there is no possible added to a possible except that it can be added to another possible for itself, but the wisdom necessitated by its ruling that it be arranged as it is in its time and condition in the event of its being proven, and this is the knowledge that The Almighty God was alone in him and ignorance of him, and the judgment appeared in him in the arrangement of the objects of the possible in the event that they were proven before their existence, so the divine knowledge was attached to them according to what the wise arranged them on him. Is it not the knowledge that the matter is like this, so it does not exist except according to what it is in the affirmation, which is the arrangement of the wise from the ruling on wisdom, for the distinction between knowledge and wisdom has become clear to you, so what alters his saying is what he says

Except what was arranged by wisdom, just as he is not known except what wisdom has arranged, so he says to a thing, Be, and it will be in the condition it is in, it was what it was. It requires in my view that if it were different from it, it would be better, but God has knowledge in it that I do not know and is true, and among the people there are those who open to him the secret of that arrangement, and among the people are those who do not know that until after his ruling comes into existence.
