Rather, it may be in the judgment of looking at the fair and the clear analogy that is stronger in indicating the judgment than the report of the right one, for we only take it with a good opinion of its narrators, and we do not recommend it as a knowledge of God, for the law prevents us from We praise someone before God, and let's say I think he is like this and I think he is like this

These are all principles. If a corner of them were to be removed, the laws would be invalidated. The basis for their proof is rational consideration, and considered by the Sharia and commanded by his servants. Measurement is a rational consideration. Sunnah and there is no consensus, and we are certain that there must be a legitimate divine rule in it, and the roads are blocked, so we resorted to the principle, which is rational consideration, and we took the rules of proving this principle in the Book and the Sunnah, so we looked into that, and we established the analogy as one of the most sound principles. The evidence for rulings has such a degree of rational consideration, as he had a ruling in the fundamentals, so we have been silent about it according to what is uttered by it for a reasonable reason.

And whoever made a mistake in me by a proven analogy in the first place, or a diligent mistake in a branch or in an origin, has abused the etiquette on the legislator, as he established his ruling, and the legislator does not prove falsehood, so it must be true, and the error is attributed to that in relation to the fact that he erred in the evidence of the violator, which is not correct for the diligent to be This is evidence, and the one who is mistaken in the law is one, not specific, so it is necessary to take his saying, and from his saying to prove analogy, he commanded the legislator to follow it. To us and we say it in view of the one to whom his ijtihad led him to, because the legislator has proven it.
