These are the prophets of the saints

[ Prophets who have laws ]

As for the prophets who have laws, then spirits must descend upon their hearts by command and prohibition, and except for the command and prohibition they send down, such as divine sciences and revelations about beings and unseen matters, this is outside the prophecy of the laws, and it is from the conditions of the prophets in general, and the narrator receives it.

[ Al-Khidr was in his judgment on the law of a messenger other than Moses ]

If a ruling appears from the people of absolute prophecy from the apparent rulings from the prophets of the laws, such as killing or taking money or an act that contradicts the ruling of the law of the established time, then know that this prophet who has no law, is not from the law that came down to him and was engaged with it, rather he is still a follower of a messenger who has legislated He has what he legislated, but it was agreed that he was informed of following the law of a messenger that was legislated for him that was not legislated for another messenger, and his ruling in the right of this messenger is in opposition to the rule of the other messenger. And Moses denied him killing a pure soul in the apparent of the law without a soul that was not his ruling in his law. With what he ruled from what is required by the law of the Messenger who followed him, and whoever legislated that Messenger, he judged a person with his knowledge, then he judged by his knowledge about the boy that he is an infidel. Judgments are issued by the prophets of the saints

[ Is it imaginable that the prophets of the saints rule in a way that contradicts the law of Muhammad ]

If it is said that this is permissible at the time of the existence of the messengers and today, then there is only one legislated law, so is it imaginable that the prophets of the saints would judge in a way that contradicts the law of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace? It is the ruling of the Hanafi, and both of them are the laws of Muhammad, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, for he decided the two rulings, so you went against his law with his law. And Abu Hanifa, for a hadith narrated by him, was authentic to them through the transmission, so the prophets of the saints stood upon him, and I learned from the way that we mentioned that the law of Muhammad contradicts this ruling and that that hadith in the same matter is not true, and they must sign the ruling other than it is a necessity as it must be upon the one who considers it if there is no evidence for its validity That hadith has been established for others as evidence of its authenticity, and both of them have the right to ijtihad, so it is forbidden for every one of the mujtahids to contradict what has been proven to him, and all of that is one law. You have the law of the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, and he is a disbeliever, and we have seen this a lot in our time and tasted it from the scholars of our time, so we excuse them because they have no evidence of the sincerity of this sect. The owners have his ruling and he does not overrule it if the judge ruled against him except that they, may God be pleased with them, if they opened this door on their souls, the defect would enter into the religion from the plaintiff with the purpose, they ruined it and said that the honest one of these does not harm him. But if they do not confirm that this is wrong in opposing them, then they do not have an excuse, for at the very least they are to bring them down to the status of the People of the Book. They have what they claim. If they are true, then they have it, and if they lie, it is against them. On this basis, the rulings are taken from the prophets of the saints, not that they are the masters of laws, but rather followers and inevitable, especially in this time in which the state of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, appeared.

[ The hadith rank and file only ]

And the modernists do not have this rank, rather their rank is hadith and nothing else. God, that limit is for you a limit and for it is permissible and there is no sin in it and you do not know and he is clear from his Lord about that . Like his saying, Do what you will. Indeed, with what you do, you will see, so this is a warning.
