Likewise, He heard and saw what moved, dwelt, or uttered in the world below and above. His hearing is not obscured by distance, for He is near, and His sight is not obscured by proximity, for He is distant and hears the words of the soul. In the soul and the sound of hidden touching when touching and seeing the blackness in the darkness and the water in the water is not obscured by mixing, nor darkness nor light, and He is the Hearing and the Seeing. His will and power spoke to Moses, peace be upon him, who called him the revelation, the Psalms, the Torah, and the Injeel without letters, sounds, melodies, or languages. Just as his will is without heart or insanity, just as his knowledge is without compulsion or looking at proof, just as his life is without the vapor of a cavity of the heart happened from the mixing of the pillars, just as his soul does not accept increase or decrease. Other than Him, He is of His excesses, His grace, His righteousness that extends to Him, and He who grasps, completes the creation of the world and created it when He created it and invented it. He inspires the souls of those charged with piety and immorality, and He transcends the sins of whomever He wills and takes them to whom He wills. Everyone is under the conjugation of his names, so a handful is under the names of his affliction, and a hand is under the names of his gods. But He, Glory be to Him, did not want it, so it was as He wanted. Among them are the wretched and the happy here and on the Day of Resurrection. There is no way to change what the old ruling was imposed on. The Almighty said in prayer, it is five and it is fifty. What is changed is saying I have and I am not unjust to the slaves for my disposition of my kingdom and the enforcement of my will in my omnipotence.
