In the swimming of the planets in their orbits, which are paths in the heavens, to flow in proportions that exist in the world, according to a known measure that they do not exceed, so they give and prevent by that the scale that the right has been set for them, because they see the scale that is in the hand of truth when it is lowered and raised. Lifting, and if she sees the truth putting in its balance whomever he wants, she will give him what he deserves in the place of placing, and that is the subjugation that is mentioned in the Qur an in the stars that they are subjected to his command.

[ The duty bearers are the ones who are meant by the divine discourse and assignment ]

So you know that the accountable are the ones who are meant by discourse and assignment, for they are the subject of punishment and reward unlike all other creatures, and that is because of the veil that God has struck between them and the witnessing of matters from them and from other creatures. God did not see anything but good from Him and from all other creatures, and that God is the Truthful. He said, God does not waste the reward of the best deed.

In the authentic news that charity is to worship God as if we see Him

So we proceed to work on the veil, so if we see what is established for it, we see the work coming from it in us what we are the workers. It was from the good that we added to Him, the Most High, as a creation in us, and we added it to us from our being the object of His appearance, and if it was bad, that deed we added to us by the addition of God, so we would be imitating the word of God, and God will show us what is good in that named as evil, so God changed our bad deeds into good deeds. Whatever has occurred from us in all of this from a single consideration and response, it is in this analogy, for all of that is an action that has appeared in us and we are the people of witnesses. And His mercy by the weight that He placed in the swimming of a planet, and what God has decreed for it from the places in which it descends. To you that he is a disbeliever in God, a believer in the one who saw the action from him, and the first is called a believer in God, a disbeliever in the one who saw the sense of the act emanating from him in terms of what is in place, and among those responsible is one who does not have this witness and does not let faith stand with the veil that is over his eye, and he says like what the owner of witnesses says, We have rained by the grace of God. And his mercy is a tradition, not a knowledge, until the believer is distinguished from the world, for the believer says that because the truthful news is received by it, and the one who considers it says it when the evidence of his intellect gives him the same as the believer, except that he has an extra degree. The same as the one who thinks knows it as the one who imitates the report believes in it, and each has a known station, but those who know and those who do not know are not equal. No contract, for it is not possible for the author of the evidence if it is necessary to retract it, nor to the owner of the witnesses. God is not to be neglected in every apparent act in the universe from existing to none of the existents, so it is still a matter of his acceptance in others, so he judges him by the balance that is placed with him and nothing but the law. As for this person, as for himself, he watches his mind, for it is the first thing that God finds in his mind and heart, and the Almighty has pardoned him in whatever he finds of that except in Makkah. Prepare his place to accept what God will do with him from that, so the action appears and he has the reward in terms of what he prepared himself and prepared, and all is from God, and if it is from what God has legally forbidden, then he does not prepare himself for the appearance of that act with the effort of energy, if that act is from God destined for it to happen in this God deprived this servant of his intellect and did not give him choice and blinded him until that action appeared in its proper place. If it appears by virtue of this inner algebra, God restores his mind to him, so he considers it and asks forgiveness from his Lord and falls down and bows and turns and this is the meaning
