Painful and as for the way of language, it is if it is said to him that it affects his skin, then if it is said to him that he has the best effect on his skin, he spreads his face, laughter, joy, shaking or joy, and if he is said to him evil, it affects his skin with fists, crying, sadness, pain, tears and frowning.
