And she sits between the thighs of virgins *** and reveals what is hidden under the veil

And know that whoever establishes in himself an idol that he worships on suspicion and not on definiteness, that suspicion betrays him, and it is of no use to him from God. On the path of conjecture, not on the side of knowledge, for that in the same matter is not knowledge. From here, you know that knowledge is the cause of salvation, and if it is wretched in the way, then money leads to salvation, what is the most honorable rank of knowledge. That is why God did not command His Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, to ask God Almighty to increase something. Except from knowledge, so he said to him, and say to him, Lord, increase me in knowledge. So whoever understands what we have referred to is the knowledge of the people of happiness from the people of misery, and the accidental matters that necessitate misery on the way did not affect him. If the polytheist knew what the truth deserves from the epithets of majesty, he would have known that he does not deserve to be associated with him even if the polytheist knew. He who made him a partner does not deserve to be described as a fellowship with God in his divinity when he associated himself with him, so he took only through ignorance

The two parties said, the Most High, then do not be one of the ignorant, and He said: I admonish you that you are one of the ignorant. So by ignorance they took and for it the reprimand took place. It was said to them: Do you worship what you carve? And he said in the right of the one who did and Pharaoh misled his people and did not guide him. So he attributed the error to Pharaoh and what he attributed to his people, for they have the right to say, that is, what is the same way for them. Because it has actions, if the deity was inanimate, the confusion would not occur. If it is said, then if they take a god who has an act with the characteristic of inanimate and planted, are they excused? We say they are not excused, because his attribute is not applicable in everything until actions are added to him as they are added to God and with this amount of ignorance they took Servants of creatures with actions such as Pharaoh and others, for the power that he possesses does not exceed the ability of the worshiper to him. God Almighty says, So whoever creates as one who does not create? Then do not remember. If it is said, If someone is able to break the habit to create a substance, then someone worships him for that. Is he excused or not? We said, No, with an excuse. He testifies that he accepts accidents and is not free from them, and what is not free from accidents is impossible to precede And if the accidents did not precede the whole, then it would be an accident like it, and God would be prior to everything that happens to the whole, so the accident must be later than it in any proportion of the proportions of delay. He was ignorant of that, so whoever relied on a fabricated deity, then he relied on him with his conjecture, not with his knowledge, so he took it, and he is naughty, except that he gives the effort of himself to deny the partner. They said, with an excuse in this case, and he is rewarded in the same matter, even though he is mistaken and is not a conjecture, rather he is definitive, not a knowledgeable, and definitively a thing does not have to be knowledgeable, and perhaps he may rest from the words of God Almighty, and whoever supplicates with God another god has no proof that God He excuses him, and there is no doubt that the mujtahid who made a mistake in His diligence in the fundamentals confirms that he is on proof of what his view has led him to, and if he is not proof in the same matter, then God Almighty may excuse him for cutting him off from his diligence, as the owner confirmed that he saw Dhya and the visible was Gabriel. If he said that if he was not a spirit incarnate, otherwise he is a sacrifice without a doubt, so reflect on what we have decided in such a case

The Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, says about the mujtahid: If he strives hard and is right, he will have two rewards, and if he is wrong, he will have a reward.

He did not separate between ijtihad in the fundamentals and the branches
