And they rose with certainty in it, or because of a suspicion that arose against them, and the truthfulness of the claimant was not proven by them, so they had a basis in the sentence It is true for them, not in the same matter, it protects them from killing, so the jizya was imposed on them and they were left on their religion to establish it, or to establish part of it according to what they were able to achieve. On the Persians, happiness appears on his face despite the fact that the Romans disbelieved in him, may God bless him and grant him peace. Between them and the belief and acknowledgment of the prophethood of Muhammad, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, or its generality, and our words with the fair among them from among their scholars, so the Sharia excused them for this amount that he taught them from them and took care of them in the honor of the Almighty truth where they united him and what they associated with him when he was associated with him Persia and idol worshipers and blasphemy in the unification of God and what he deserves from the oneness and so on The state of the knowers of the people of this rank. As for the saying of the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, in his commanding us to oppose the People of the Book, it is only in the fact that they believed in some of them and disbelieved in some of them, and they wanted to take a way between that, then he commanded us to contradict them in certain matters of the rulings. And in what we have mentioned, if we had been commanded to oppose them at all, we would have been commanded contrary to what we were commanded of faith, so it is not valid to oppose them at all.

He, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, Disobey the People of the Book.

[ The polytheist, considering his abandonment of the oneness of God, is called an infidel .]

And know that every polytheist is an infidel, for the polytheist, by following his whims regarding the one who polytheists, takes him as a deity, and turns away from the oneness of God conceals it from looking at the evidence and verses that lead to the oneness of God. As for the unbeliever who is not a polytheist, he is a monotheist, except that he is a disbeliever in the Messenger and in some of his book, and his disbelief is on two sides. He conceals this from the common people and imitators of his followers, desiring leadership, and it is what he, peace be upon him, wanted by saying in his book to Caesar, and if you take over, then you will bear the sin of the Yarisi, meaning the followers.

[ That the chant and the call are a muezzin of distance ]

And know that the chant and the call are a sign of distance from the state to which he is calling him who calls him for it, and he says, O you who believe, because their distance from what He commanded them is that they believe in Him. The religion is yours in the future, as Jacob said to his sons, and do not die unless you are Muslims in the state of their lives.
