An unknown attachment, its meaning is not known except by a divine definition. If it is confirmed by swearing and devotion, it is higher for embarrassment than the same as the divisor for it, as God is more than the believers who are not certain by his oath on sustenance and what he promised of absolute good and bound by conditions to the one who fell from him and found that it is as true as you say, so the same God made them with that and certainty was obtained for them, and there was nothing left for them after that except natural disturbance. For natural and sensible pains are not in the power of man to relieve them, if they occur other than psychological pains, for he is able to relieve them, so relief occurred with the oath that the sustenance from God is inevitable, and it remains in the heart of some who are certain of that. At the time of its occurrence, the definition occurred, and even if it occurred, the natural disturbance would not be removed. So when the truth knew that it is not useful in determining the times, the definition did not fall into it. The nature possesses and the sense is stronger in taste than the soul. The rule of temperament in the presence of sensory pain does not rise for its validity, and psychological pain rises due to its rapid change in images. He is not bound by a coward absent from him that he loves, so that his work annihilates him by the joy that happened to him in his coming, from the pain of hunger and thirst that he found before seeing this absent or hearing his arrival. Divided by it, since the oath is only by those who have a rank in greatness, then God magnified by the oath all the world that exists from it and the non-existent, since its persons are infinite, then he swore by it all in his saying, so I swear by what you see and what you do not see and it is the existing absent from sight and the nonexistent and entered into this new and ancient division However, when God knew His greatness in the hearts of His servants, their monotheists, polytheists, believers, and unbelievers, and He swore to them by hadiths and by other than Himself, and He knew that it was established in their view that an oath is only great at the one who divides, then by necessity the scholar believes in glorifying the hadiths, especially as he supported that in some hadiths by saying, And whoever venerates the rituals of God. And they are newly invented matters, for they are from the piety of hearts, and from the attributes of truth is jealousy, so we must swear from being jealous. With the hadiths in the weak hearts, the insights about realizing the facts from the causes and diseases and the categories are many and there is no point in mentioning them with what we have mentioned of the comprehensive matter for them, as it suffices in detailing them, because the book is long in mentioning them, and every person if he stops on a part of them knows what happened and what God s soul is with it and who God s soul is with it From the very beginning, we should only mention what blinds some or most of the understandings in order to obtain the benefits that are dear to most people.

And from the soul of the Most Merciful is the legislation of diligence in ruling in the fundamentals and branches, taking into account the difference and establishing the ruling on the part of the truth by proving it that it is a legal ruling in the right of the mujtahid. Muhammadiyah legislates it, and I do not know whether it was singled out for it or not yet among the nations before it. It seems that he was still among the nations, for the soul of the Most Merciful requires the generality and the particular, and it has been mentioned in the Qur an which indicates that this was still in the nations in the Almighty s saying, and monasticism they invented and they only innovated it. On their own diligence and seeking a public or private interest, he praised those who took care of them and mentioned this in the Children of Israel, as well as in his saying in the origins, and whoever invokes with God another deity that he has no evidence for, meaning in his claim that in the same matter there is only one God and that is why he decided, peace be upon him The ruling on a mujtahid, whether he was right or wrong after his death, is the right to strive hard, exerting his energy, and what God has blessed him with the power to look into that and decide for him the reward once if he is wrong and twice if he is right. This is the reward of diligence because of the hardship that it entails, because it is from effort and effort to exert effort in particular, for God has not mandated His servants except that He empowers them in the same matter. and generalization, both of which are rewarded for his ijtihad
