The insight with which the Qur an was revealed in the Almighty s saying: I invite to God with insight, I am, and whoever follows me while he completes his saying, the Most High, has sent among the unlettered a messenger from among them, for he is the unlettered prophet with God s insight. The head of the group, the mujtahid, and the person of thought would never have insight into what he ruled. As for the mujtahid, he may rule today in a legal calamity with a ruling. If the next day another matter becomes clear to him, he will make a mistake in what he ruled yesterday in the calamity, so he retracted from him and ruled today with what appeared to him and the legislator passes his ruling In the first and the other, it is forbidden for him to depart from what the evidence gave him in his ijtihad at that time. And error does not come with insight, and so does the one with the intellect, and it is the reality of a group of wise men. If they look and complete the evidence in their eyes and find the face of the evidence, he will give them that knowledge of the meaning, then you will see them in another time, or an opponent from another sect will arise for them, such as the Mu tazili and the most eminent Or a Brahmi or a philosopher with another matter that contradicts his evidence that he used to cut and criticize, so he looks at it and sees that that first was a mistake and that he did not fulfill the pillars of his evidence and that he violated the balance in that and did not feel and where this is from insight and why this does not happen to him in the necessities of the mind, the insight is in Judgment for the people of this matter is like the necessities for the minds. Such knowledge should be a person to rejoice in. It was narrated on the authority of Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali, the translator on the authority of the people of this method, some of what they were investigating. He said, When I wanted to join their path and take their sockets and scoop from the sea that they swept from, I was alone and separated from my sight. I thought and occupied myself with remembrance, so I learned from the knowledge that I did not have, so I was happy with that and said that what happened to the people had happened to me. First, clearer and clearer, so I was pleased and meditated, and then there was a jurisprudential power in it from what I was upon and what I was upon. bears fruit His flower, and he is like the rank of theorists, if they enter the path of God, such as the jurist and the theologian, and from it that whose fruit does not precede his flower. God, and they did not know that God Almighty did not give them those scales except to be weighed by them for God and not against God, so they prohibited literature. He took it out to be weighed by it for God, and this is a better condition than he who entered upon God, but his heart is attached to what he left, as it was in his soul to return to him, so he was deprived of the desired right as much as his mind attached to him in what he left for the attention that he has to him and better than this in a situation than breaking his balance, if it is wood he burns it And if it is something that melts, it melts or cools it until it ceases to be a scale, and if the eye of its substance remains, it does not care. This is not a danger The illiterate is on this, for the illiterate enters to God as a believer, and this situation that Abu Hamid mentioned is not the condition of the people, but rather the condition of the one who was not on the law and wanted to know what then he asked, so he was led to the path of the people, so he entered to know the truth by defining God.

His place was preoccupied with bewilderment, so he did not have the strength of this in accepting what is meant by the divine conquest. As the prophets, peace be upon them, did, he does not reject anything and does not place anything other than his balance, and the error and doubt are raised, and he knows the meaning of his saying, and we set the just scales for the Day of Resurrection, so he made them many scales so that each scale weighs what is set for him.
