A clear path into a large work
Futmak brings the digital text, manuscript and printed images, chapter directory, and reading resources together. Its purpose is to help readers move from a question to a passage and back to its source. Start with the chapters, browse the Cairo / Maymaniyya reader, or explore the Konya manuscript.
Text, context and people
The library connects reading guides, subject pages, concepts and referenced passages. The expanded Ibn al-ʿArabī guide introduces his life, teachers, works and ideas. The books catalogue and Mohamed Haj Yousef’s profile connect this material with the wider research project.
Eight languages, one source tradition
Arabic, English, Turkish, French, German, Spanish, Indonesian and Persian offer different routes into the library. Interface and guide translations must be distinguished from translations of the book itself. The language guide explains availability; Sources and method explains how text, images and editorial material relate. The original Arabic project statement remains available as a historical reference.
