Then He created the differences in the verses just as He combined the whole number into one as we presented it. So, We dropped it, the reality of that number ceased to exist, and the thousand had no effect on existence. If we highlight it, the thousand emerges in existence. Look at this amazing power given by the reality of the One, from whom this infinite multiplicity appeared, and He is an entity and a name in Himself. Then He created the difference in the verses. God Almighty said, “Indeed, We sent it down.” On a blessed night. Then he said, “In which every wise matter will be separated.” So he began with the plural, which is everything. God Almighty said, “And We wrote for it in the Tablets of every thing.” Return to the plural. Everything that exists is generally present, unless [page 65 of the Cairo edition] is either in the eye of the plural.
