And the actions of others are with them because of the intentions with which they turn, and to them they are attributed due to the intensity of their search for them until the actions are purified for them and they are freed from others. This is why they are said to have intentions, just as it was said that the Malami and Sufis have specific conditions that they are in. They have knowledge of the obsession, determination, resolve, will, and purpose. These are all conditions that precede the intention, and the intention is what forms from it. When he performs his actions, which are considered in the divine law, they are investigated, and it is related to sincerity. Our scholar, Imam Sahl bin Abdullah, scrutinized this matter, and he was the one who warned against the tapping of the mind, and he said that intention is that obsession and that it is the first reason for the occurrence of worry, determination, will, and intention, so he relied on it, and it is correct.
