Know that God did not make the cause of the creation of possible beings, glory be to Him, the Most High, except the will and the divine command, and for this reason he took from taking the will in the definition of the command. God Almighty said, “Our saying of a thing when We will it is only that we say to it ‘Be’.” He came in the will and command and did not mention a third meaning called power, so his saying comes out. And God has power over all things, although He is the same as His saying to things, “Be,” if He intends to form them [ Marriage is the cause of the appearance of generators ] Nor There is no doubt that the hand is the place of power, and since marriage is the cause of the appearance of generators, whoever attributes power to him in creating the possible eye that appeared, and he touched the penis with the hand, is not devoid of divine power in saying, “Be or not.” If he is negligent, his purity is invalidated, since he attributes the existence of the child to marriage, even if not. He ignores what remains of his purity. (Chapter on ablution from what has touched fire) [The Companions disagreed regarding ablution from what has touched fire] They differed The companions of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, regarding performing ablution on things that have touched fire and other than the first chest.
