And that he is the true Caliph, and that he is the place of revelation of the divine names, and he is the one who brings together the truths of the entire world, from angels, astronomy, spirit, body, nature, inanimate objects, plants, and animals, to the knowledge of the divine names that is unique to him despite his small size and size. Rather, God said in it that the creation of the heavens and the earth is greater than the creation of people because Man was born of heaven and earth, so they are to him like parents, so God raised their value, but most people do not know, so it is not mentioned in the crime, for that is known in sense.

[ Man's greatest test ]

However, God Almighty tested him with an affliction that He afflicts any of His creation, either to make him happy or to make him miserable, according to what enables him to use it. So the affliction that He afflicted him with was that He created in him a power called thought and made this power the servant of another power called reason and forced the mind with its sovereignty over thought. He takes from him what he gives, and he did not give thought any room except in the imaginative power, and He, Glory be to Him, made the imaginative power a place [Page 126 of the Cairo edition] that brings together what the sensitive power gives it, and He made for it a power called the pictured power, so nothing obtains in the imaginative power except what the sense gave him, or the pictured power and the pictured material gave him. Of the tangible things, they create images for which there is no eye, but all of their parts exist in sense. This is because the mind is created naive and has no theoretical knowledge.
