Its counterpart is the absolute nothingness, which is pure evil in which there is no good. This is the meaning of their saying that nothingness is evil. Pure « Issue » [applying the permissibility to God] It is not said from the standpoint of truth that it is permissible for God to create something and it is permissible for Him not to create it. His doing of things is not possible by looking at it or by a positive affirmation, but it is said that it is possible for it to exist and it is possible for it not to exist.
