Parts of water on parts of impurity, and none of its descriptions changed. The legislator did not consider it and did not give it a ruling regarding purity with it. We know for certain that the one who is purifying used water and impurity together in his legal purification, and the ruling is based on Sharia law in using things, not reason, and Sharia law has never stated that it is pure and there is no impurity in it except by considering what We mentioned that the essences do not overlap, which is a reasonable matter. All that remains is their juxtaposition, so the law considered those adjacent in one place and did not consider them in another place. Therefore, it did not allow purification with it in the place where it considered it, but it permitted purity with it in the place where it did not consider it, and did not say there was no impurity in it [ The Four Rulings of Water ] The ruling on water, according to what we have mentioned, is divided into four levels: whether impurity is mixed with it or not, it is ruled to be pure and purified, and it is ruled to be pure but not purified. It was ruled that it was neither purified nor pure, and it was ruled that it was purified but not pure. Pure and purified water is water that has not been mixed with impurity, and pure, non-purified water is water that is mixed with something that is not impure, such that the name of absolute water, such as saffron water and other things, is removed from it. It was ruled that it is neither pure nor purified, which is water that has been changed.
