The path of the Shari a and working with it, for it is a vast knowledge that does not accept any resemblance, because it turns its eyes to the true face that it bears, and then puts it in its place, so it becomes knowledge after it was a suspicion of ignorance.

[ The light of faith in which the lights of science fall ]

The light of faith is included in the lights of sciences, the lights of the planets are included in the light of the sun, and his path is also clear in the return of resemblance in knowledge because it removes its ruling and shows him the light of faith the face of truth in it, so he sees it as nothingness and non-existence has no effect and no effect on existence, so know that and know that the light of faith here is a matter of the law That is, adhere to what I told you and commanded you to do whether you found a rational evidence for it or not, such as faith in the divine presence by jogging, laughing, groaning and wondering without conditioning or analogy with the reasonableness of that from the tongue. In honoring his family, and the origin of analogy to his family

( Chapter In water mixed with impurity, and none of its descriptions have changed )

[ The scholars differed about water mixed with impurity, and none of its descriptions changed ]

Sharia scholars differed about water mixed with impurity, and no one changed its characteristics. We have from the Sharia evidence that he is pure in himself, but he is pure, even if they protest against us

That the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, God created water to be pure, and nothing makes it impure.

We said what he said that he is pure in himself, but he only said about him that he is purifying, and purification is water and dirt that purifies others.

[ The water is pure in itself ]

As we said, we definitely know that water carries impurity by reason, but the legislator did not make it an effect on a person s purity with it, nor did he call it impure. The impure part was adjacent to its parts. When it was difficult to separate parts of urine, for example, and parts of water, and parts of impurity increased over parts of water, and one of its descriptions was changed, it was forbidden to perform ablution with it according to the Shariah limit. In terms of purity with it, we definitely know that the one who purifies himself used water and impurity together in his legal purification, and the ruling is for the Shari a in using things, not for the intellect. in a place and did not consider it in another, so it was not permissible to purify it in the place that considered it, and it was permissible to purify it in the place where he did not consider it and did not say that there is no impurity in it

[ The four provisions of water ]

The ruling on water according to what we have mentioned is of four levels, whether the impurity mixes with it or not, it is ruled that it is pure and purified, and it is ruled that it is pure and is not purified, and it is ruled that it is neither purifying nor pure, and it is ruled that it is purifying and not pure. What is not impure, such that the absolute name of water is removed from it, such as saffron water and others, and it is ruled that it is neither pure nor purifying, and it is the water whose impurity has changed one of its characteristics. And he did not consider it in the way that we went to in that it is purifying and not pure, and it is necessary for it to do so, and he does not have a legal evidence to reject it. It is impure, even if it is little, then it is impure, and he did not specify a limit for it. Rather, he said that it is impure, even if none of its characteristics changed

[ The difference is in the extent of a little and a lot of water ]

Then they differed about the limit between a few and a lot, and the disagreement about the same limit is well known in the madhhabs, not in the text of the correct Sharia, for the hadiths about that have been spoken of, such as the hadith of the two Qilatin and the hadith of forty are few, then the difference between them is in the limit of the few and many issues are branched on this section such as the occurrence of water on impurity The occurrence of impurity on water, urine in standing water, and so on, and people have many sects in that, but this book is not its place. We did not intend to investigate all the rulings related to this purity in terms of dividing issues, but rather the mothers are intended from them in order to consider them by virtue of the subconscious, so we have abstracted in this section about eighty Baba, we will mention them, God willing, all of them, Baba, Baba, and this is how I will do, God willing, in all the acts of worship that we have resolved to mention in this book of prayer, zakat, fasting and pilgrimage.
