Sharia scholars disagreed about water mixed with impurity and it did not change any of its descriptions. So who says that it is pure and purified, whether it is a little or a lot, and I say that, except that I say that it is purified but not pure in itself, because we know for sure that impurity was mixed with it, but the Sharia has forgiven it, and I do not know this statement of anyone, and it is reasonable. We have evidence from the Sharia that it is pure in itself, but it is pure, even if they argue against us that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “God created water pure and nothing would defile it We said that he did not say that it was pure in itself, but rather he said about it. It is pure, and purification is water and dirt that purifies other things. [ Water is pure in itself ] For, as we said, we know Certainly, water is a carrier of impurity in terms of reason, but the Lawgiver did not attribute it to a person’s purity through it and did not call it impure. The Lawgiver may want to introduce the truth of the matter, which is that water in and of itself is pure in every way. It has never been ruled impure, meaning that impurity is not an attribute of it, but rather the parts of the impurity are adjacent to its parts. So when It is difficult to separate parts of urine, for example, from parts of water, and the parts of impurity are numerous over the parts of water, changing one of its characteristics. It is forbidden to perform ablution with it according to the law according to the limit considered in Sharia, and if it is predominant.
