Is it a condition for its validity or not a condition for its validity? The secret is what we mentioned. If it is said that the imam who does not see the intention in ablution sees it in washing away the ritual impurity and both acts of worship with water, which is the secret of life in them, we say that when the impurity is water. The Sharia considered its purity due to its impurity, due to the mixing of the water of impurity with what is in the humours, and the fact that the impurity was water made of blood, so water participated in the secret of life, so they disagreed, so water alone was not able to remove the ruling of impurity, as we mentioned, so he lacked a spirit supporting him when washing, so he needed the help of intention, so the rule of intention came together. It is a moral spirit and the ruling on water, so by washing the ruling on impurity is removed without a doubt, like Abu Hanifa and whoever had his say on this issue and who took into account the fact that the water of impurity does not have the power of pure water because it is water that has transformed from blood, like water of impurity, to mixing with the humors and separating from them.
