For this reason, he did not say about intention in the water because it is the secret of life, so it gives life in itself, whether he intends it or not, unlike the dirt. For if he does not aim at the good level, he is not of benefit because it is a dense body that does not flow, so his soul is intention, for intention is a spiritual meaning, so the one who performs tayammum lacks the specific intention in dirt or earth, in contrast also, and he does not lack it. The one who performs ablution with water is different, so he said, “Wash,” and he did not say, “Tayammum with good water.” If they said, “Actions are based on intentions, which is intention, and ablution is action.” We said, “We accept what you say, and we say it.” But the intention here is related to action, not water and water. What is action and intention is there for the level, so ablution in this hadith lacks intention in terms of what it is action. No, in terms of what is done with water, water here is ancillary to the action, and the action is what is meant by the intention, and there is the intention for the good level, and acting with it is a consequence that requires another intention when embarking on the action, just as working with water in ablution, washing, and all legitimate actions lacks the sincerity commanded by it, which is the intention, in contrast to what God Almighty said. They were commanded only to worship God, being sincere to Him in religion. In this verse there is consideration, and this is an issue that the jurists have not investigated according to the path we have taken.
