So the Mu’tazila believed in attributing actions to servants from a source with legal evidence, and the dissident believed in adding all actions to God Almighty from a source with legal evidence as well, and rationally, and they said that earning from the actions of servants is for the servants, according to the Almighty’s saying. And his saying, “with God’s permission,” means the command that God commanded him to do regarding his creation, the image of the bird, the blowing, the healing of the blind and the leper, and the resurrection of the dead. So it was reported that Jesus, peace be upon him, was not inspired to do that from himself, but rather it was by God’s command. So that this and reviving the dead are among His signs, according to what he claims. If it were not that man, in his reality, is from that Merciful soul, it would not be true, nor would it be proven that a bird flying with its wings could have been caused by His breathing.
