Shams al-Maghrib: three volumes
Volume I concerns Ibn al-ʿArabī’s life and doctrine, volume II the spread of the Akbarian tradition, and volume III works, the Fihrist and the Ijāza. The website provides browsable texts; some pages identify the material as a draft. Cite the section title and URL without assuming that its numbering matches a different printed edition.
The Akbarian library and catalogues
Ibnalarabi.com supplies texts, commentaries, a works catalogue and material on the life and teachers. The library identifies some disputed or mistaken attributions. An Arabic source remains Arabic when accessed from a translated guide: translating this section does not translate every linked book.
Modern studies and citation
Smonad.com connects historical study of time with Mohamed Haj Yousef’s modern books and research. Identify the actual author, work and edition, distinguishing Ibn al-ʿArabī’s text from a commentary and from this editorial guide. These pages are newly written introductions linked to their sources; returning to the complete texts remains essential for deeper study.
