He did not know the places in which he could spend it and appear in it. Young men are people of abundant knowledge, and we have devoted a chapter to it within this book when we spoke about stations and conditions. So whoever claims fatwa and does not have knowledge of what we have mentioned, then his claim is false and he is quick to scandal. He should not be called a young man except one who knows the magnitudes of the universes and the extent of the Divine Presence. He treats every existing person as he deserves treatment, giving priority to those who should be given priority and delaying what should be postponed.
