This is the condition and position of fatwa, and its companions are called young men, and they are the ones who have attained all the noble morals, and no one can be in a state of noble morals. So whoever claims fatwa and does not have knowledge of what we have mentioned, then his claim is false and he is quick to scandal. He should not be called a young man except one who knows the magnitudes of the universes and the extent of the Divine Presence. He treats every existing person as he deserves treatment, giving priority to those who should be given priority and delaying what should be postponed.
