And in this I said The positions of the sections in presentation *** Their rulings in the world of the earth The ravages of happiness are carried out by *** he who adheres to the Sunnah and the obligations and its knowledge rests upon his own eyes ** * And its ruling on length and width. He says the oath is the result of the accusation, and the truth deals with creation in terms of what they are, not in terms of what they are. This is why God Almighty did not assign the right to the angels because they are not from the world of accusation, and it is not for a created being to swear by a created being, and this is our doctrine, even if He swore by a created being in our view, so he is disobedient and there is no expiation for him if he breaks his oath, and he must repent for what he committed, nothing else. Rather, he swore the truth by himself when he swore by mentioning the created beings and deleting the name. This is indicated by the appearance of the name in places in the Mighty Book, such as his saying, “And Lord of the heavens and the earth... by the Lord of the easts and the wests,” and so it was. This is notable in places where the name was not mentioned. It is apparent that it is hidden. There is something that God Almighty intended in that, and it is mentioned by those who knew him. The truth is from a prophet and an inspired saint. The oath is evidence of the veneration of the one who swore by it, and there is no doubt that it was mentioned in the oath.
