The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, presented it in
His saying, “Whoever knows himself knows his Lord, ”
So he prioritized knowledge of the self over knowledge of the Lord, then it worked in the name of God to achieve connection and enable it to rise, and when It was in the position of connection. Perhaps it was imagined that Al-Hamd was different from the Lām, so the servant lowered it following the movement of the Lām, so he recited Praise be to God by lowering the Dāl, so the word Al-Ḥamd was instead of Lām instead of something from something, and they are of the same essence, so Al-Ḥamd is the presence of Lām and Lām is praise, so if they are one thing, then ḥamd is In the position of connection with God, because He identified the Lām, so it had a meaning just as the Lām was a word and a meaning. Then the reality of the reduction in it is proof of servitude. Then sometimes He annihilates it from itself, completely annihilating it to raise it to the highest position in the primacy. Then its reality remains in the afterlife, so He says, “Praise be to God,” by raising the Lām, following the movement of the signifier, and this is what supports it. Praise is the Lam, which is expressed by the robe and garment, since it is the place of the attributes and the separation of the plural, so the goal of the servants’ knowledge is to reach Him if they reach Him, and the truth is behind all of that, or say, and with all of that. When He raised it by annihilating it from it to begin with, He wanted to know it with its annihilation, that it had not departed from its station, so He made it active and made it He raised it casually in the right direction, so he left the ha as a broken letter
