Knowledge of His existence, for we know that He exists and is one in His divinity. This is the knowledge that was asked of us without knowing the reality of His essence by which He, Glory be to Him, knows Himself. It is the knowledge of lack of knowledge that was asked of us since the Almighty does not resemble any of the creatures in the eyes of the mind, and nothing resembles Him. Among them, it was obligatory upon us, first, when we were told, “Know that there is no god but God. If we know what knowledge is, and He taught us, then we have learned what is obligatory upon us regarding the knowledge of knowledge.” First, the eighth part has ended, and praise be to God .
