A specific, specific law for a specific situation whose law is the one who legislated the use of water for this specific worship, which is God Almighty and His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, so it is not an alternative, but rather it is about extracting the ruling on that issue from a text mentioned in the Book or in the Sunnah. The ruling on this issue is included in the generality of that speech, which is Jurisprudence in religion. God Almighty said that they should understand the religion and does not need analogy in that. An example of this is a man who hit his father sometime or whatever, so the people of analogy said: We have no text on this issue, but when God Almighty said, “So do not say to them an ‘Uff’ and do not rebuke them.” We said, “So if the prohibition against uttering words is mentioned, and it is few.” Striking with a stick is more severe, and it was a warning from the lawgiver to say the lowest over the highest, so it is necessary to compare it, because the beating of the stick and the beating of the stick bring together harm, so we compared the beating with the stick that is silent about it to the harshness that is spoken of, and we said that we do not have control over the lawgiver in anything that he may be charged with, nor control in particular. In such a case, if nothing other than this was mentioned in the Sharia’s pronouncement, we would not be obligated to use this analogy, nor would we say it or attach it to it
