Within the limits of lordship, he was described with one of the descriptions of dominion over the people of his country and others like him, and he did not find pleasure in that, and he did not fulfill the attribute of dominion due to it, for the perfect person has the pleasure of his perfection not compared to pleasure at all, and perfect joy is not similar to joy.
