A tool in determining the washing of the dead, since if it were not for the water, the name of the washer would not be valid for the one who washes him, and the water does not make sense of the claim that it washed the dead, for the water did not move to it nor did he intend to wash it. Rather, he intended with the water to wash the dead person who washed him. Likewise, the washer does not see in his intention that he intended to wash the dead with water. Rather, he sees himself with the water as two instruments with which God intended to wash this dead person, for God is the purifier, neither he nor the water, but God purified the dead person with the washer and with water, so such a person does not wash from washing the dead. This is the consideration of those who believe that washing from washing the dead is not obligatory < H3 style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">[ Consideration of those who believe that washing is obligatory for washing a dead person ] As for the one who washes a dead person and misses in his washing that God is his purifier and claims that action for himself and adds it to it and believes that if it had not been for him Once this dead person has been purified, he must wash and purify himself from this claim by turning to and being present with God in the appellant, and remembering what he overlooked regarding God’s purification of this dead person at his hand. Whoever considers this more obligatory to wash than to wash the dead .
