In it until it ends with the two, by whose presence the number appeared, since the one was the first of them, so the one is the narrowest of things, and not by looking at itself as a number in itself, but by what is two or three or four, so its name and its essence are never combined, so know that [ The souls of the bodies deposited in the isthmus and their perceptions ] And the people describe forms as a horn, contrary to what we have mentioned and after what we have established. So you should know that when God Almighty takes the souls of These natural bodies, wherever they may be, and the elements, He deposited them as physical forms in the entirety of this luminous century. All the things that a person perceives after death in the isthmus, he perceives with the eye of the form in which he is in the century and with its light, and it is real perception. Among the forms there are some that are restricted from being acted upon, and some of them are absolute, such as souls. All the prophets and the souls of the martyrs, and some of them have a view of the world of this world in this abode, and some of them appear to the sleeper in the presence of the imagination that is in him, and he is the one whose visions are ever true, and every vision is true and does not make mistakes. If the vision is wrong, then the vision is not wrong, but the passer-by who crosses it is the one who is wrong, as he did not know it. What is meant by that image ? You do not see what he, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said to Abu Bakr when he saw the aforementioned person in a vision: “I was struck by something”
