That they will have Paradise, and what descending is greater than for a master to buy his property from his servant? Can mercy be more eloquent than this? Repentance and Anfal must be one surah, or it must be the Sulaimaniyah an-Naml of Surat Al-Tawbah. Then look at its name, Surat Al-Tawbah, and repentance seeks mercy what it seeks disavowal, even if it begins with glory. Glory be to Him with disavowal, for He concluded with a verse that He did not bring, nor was it found except with those whose testimony God made the testimony of two men. If you are of reason, you know what is in this Surah of mercy included, especially in His Almighty’s saying.
