Just as I am Abu Bakr Atiq*** I struggle with every living being in body and soul With sharp, long spears *** and a translation with an eloquent Qur’an I force against the battalion of every mind *** that disputes with me over the clear revelation I have the piety that transcends the supremacy of *** over circumstances through authentic narration And I was helped by honest men *** pious people from the people of conquest They uphold the obligation and every recommendation *** and exclude the Sultanate of Al-Mubih [ Piety and avoiding doubts ] Discussion about piety, its people, and abandoning it appears within the book in mentioning the shrines. And the conditions are from him, God Almighty willing, and what relates to this chapter is the talk about knowing a group of his leaders and the generality of his position. Know that Abu Abdullah Al-Harith bin Asad Al-Muhasibi was among the generality of this position, as was Abu Yazid Al-Bistami and our sheikh.
