Deprive him of that, so he is mine, not his, nor any created being, so such a servant is mine, and the night is between me and him. When dawn breaks, I sit on my throne, I manage the matter, I explain the verses, and my servant walks to his livelihood and to the conversation with his brothers, and I have opened between me and him a door in my creation, and he looks at me from him, and I look at him from him, and the creation does not perceive. So I speak it on their tongues while they do not know, and he takes insight from me while they do not know, so they think that he speaks to them and does not speak to anyone but me, and they think that he answers them and only answers to me, as some of the people of this description said O my companion, in the night, the time has fallen, *** and my interlocutor is among them during my day. [ The classes of the people of the night with God ] And since I have explained to you about the people of the night how they should be during their night, if you are one of them, I have taught you the manners specific to the people of God and how they should be with God, and know that their classes differ in this, so the ascetic His state with God in a night is from the position of his asceticism, and the trustworthy person’s state is with God from the position of his trust. Likewise, the owner of every station and every station has a tongue, he is the divine interpreter. They differ in ranks according to the circumstances and stations, and the poles of the people of the night are those with meanings that are devoid of tangible and imaginary materials, so they stand with the truth by the truth.
