So the corner of the earth was produced, and it occurred in the children. The facts of fathers and mothers. The fire was hot and dry, so its heat was from the father’s side, and its dryness was from the mother’s side. The air was hot and moist, so its heat was from the father’s side and its moisture was from the mother’s side. The water was cold and moist, so its coldness was from the father’s side and its moisture was from the mother’s side. And the earth was Cold and dry, so its coldness is from the father’s side and its dryness is from the mother’s side, so heat and cold are from knowledge, and wetness and dryness are from will. This is the extent of their connection in their existence to divine knowledge and the power that is generated from them. Then generation occurs in these pillars from their being mothers to the fathers of the upper lights, not from their being fathers, even if paternity is It is present in it, as we have made you aware that paternity and filiation are additions and lineages, so a father is a son of a father who is his son, and a son is a father to a son who is a father to him, and so is the chapter on lineage, so look into it, and God is the Grantor, there is no Lord other than Him. And since dryness is passive to heat and moisture is passive to cold, we said about humidity and dryness that they are passive and we made them both passive. In the position of the mother for the elements, and since heat and cold are active agents, we made them in the position of the father for the components, and since craftsmanship inevitably requires a maker, and the passive requires the active agent by itself, for it is passive in and of itself.
